Re: Remove sinks or sources

PS: removeSinkByName(name, token) throws an XML-exception for some reason. Any idea why?

Re: Remove sinks or sources

I meant internally.. But yes, that's exactly what I'm gonna do now. Thank you for the clarification, Marco! :)

Re: Remove sinks or sources

So basically there's no way to remove a source during runtime if I use CQL?

Re: Remove sinks or sources

I'm using CQL cause I'm not going to be the one who pushes queries in the final application and want it to be as intuitive as possible. Therefore I use "CREATE STREAM" and "STREAM TO" in my source and sink queries. How would I implicitly use them in CQL?

Remove sinks or sources

I can install sinks or sources like common stream queries using addQuery2(..), but I can only find stream queries using getLogicalQueryIds(..) followed by a removeQuery(..) loop. So far I've noticed that I could remove sinks using their name, but how do I get those names (considering I wasn't the on...

Re: Client-server-communication

Does the odysseus studio client always use the webservice to add and run queries? (even if it runs inside the same osgi container)?

Export and mavenize bundle

Hey again, I would like to export a bundle/plug-in for the odysseus-server that I've created, in a way that allows me to build it via console (probably maven) and install+start it inside the standalone odysseus server osgi command line. Is it possible to automatically build a proper pom.xml and/or w...

Client-server-communication

Hey guys,

as far as I can see the standard odysseus server communicates with a client either inside the same osgi-container or via webservice. I would like to develop a separate client and therefore need to know how to send queries to the webservice on port 9669. Thanks in advance,

Alizee

Re: Issues building an odysseus server

Hi Christian,

thanks for your hint. I've finally managed to get the required plugins/packages in my generator-feature and generator-bundle right. Those pre-made genrerators would indeed work but I'm going to build a more complex generator soon, so I avoided using them.

That's it for now :)

Re: Issues building an odysseus server

The "Set Target Location" process always got stuck on my PC, therefore I skipped it after waiting for a long time and tried to import those packages manually. Changing the firewall settings and waiting a bit finally solved that issue. Concerning the data generator: I've overwritten all abstract func...
