Scan one value of a String

Post by MWeiss » Fri Jul 10, 2015 12:37 pm

i fetch sensor data form an iPhone via an App that sends various sensor data to a TCP/IP socket. Problem is that these values are generated as CSV string.

  • loggingTime|loggingSample|deviceOrientation|state
  • 2015-07-10 10:23:20.816|6|5|0
  • 2015-07-10 10:23:21.796|7|4|0
  • and so on...
For tests i want to react to chances of one specific value (maybe visualize them in a way) but i can't figure out how to get one specific value from the CSV String...
The app is conected to a source created with a CQL stream.

Any ideas how i can do this?

Thanks in advance. :)

for reaction on specific values you can use the SELECT operator. An example tutorial can be found here:

A reaction can e.g. always be triggered when an elements delivered or can be visualized e.g. with
